General terms and conditions of Luxury Villas Kabakum

By making an online reservation, you accept the rules of Luxury Villas Kabakum regarding deadlines, cancellation, penalties, etc., namely:

1. Prices and payments

All prices on the Luxury Villas Kabakum website are in Bulgarian leva, per person per day and include VAT, tourist tax and insurance fee.
If the website has prices in currencies other than Bulgarian leva, they are for information only.

Payment can be made in 3 different ways:

1. Electronically with a debit or credit card

Payment method – via Pay By Link (Virtual POS) using a debit/credit card.

Types of accepted cards – Visa, Mastercard.

Payment security is ensured through the Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecurCode systems.

We do not store bank card data, used for payment via Pay By Link.

From a security point of view, the maximum amount for card payment is 10,000 leva.

2. By bank transfer

Payment of the specified amount must be made no later than the deadline specified after booking.

3. In cash or with a debit or credit card at the reception of “NSO SOFIA” Ltd.

2. Your privacy is important to us

“Luxury Villas Kabakum” will not disclose, publish, sell or trade your personal data and information in any way. In extreme cases, we may disclose your personal information to third parties for:

• Compliance with any court order or other legal obligation or of a government authority or where the data is collected by the government or law enforcement authorities;
• Ensuring compliance with or enforcement of our terms of use and any other agreements;
• Protecting our proprietary rights. This may include sharing information with other companies and organizations to protect against fraud and reduce credit risk.

3. Payment document

Upon successful transaction, a document will be displayed on the screen, which you should print and save for future reference.

4. Reservation confirmation

4.1. An online reservation is considered confirmed after payment is made in the bank’s payment form.

4.2. The reservation is held until 7:00 PM on the day of arrival. In case of delay or no-show, please inform us in advance.

Reservation cancellation and refund

5.1 If you cancel a paid reservation within 14 (fourteen) calendar days before the arrival date, the amount paid by you will be fully refunded. If you cancel a paid reservation within less than calendar days before the arrival date, Luxury Villas Kabakum will retain 100% (one hundred percent) of the amount of the payment made as a penalty.

5.2. In case of payment and subsequent cancellation within the terms of point 5.1., the amount due to the client is refunded to his credit card within 14 days after the planned date of arrival. For cancellation made later than the time specified in the previous point (5. 1), as well as in case of no-show, Luxury Villas Kabakum retains as a penalty 50% of the amounts paid for online reservations.
